Grove Street Consulting

About us

Precision Integrity Creativity

Needs Statement

There are several reasons why organizations doing vital and amazing work in our communities miss out on grant funding. Many don’t know where to find opportunities worthy of their effort. Others have difficulty navigating the application process. Too often, organizations lack the time, experience and human resources necessary to establish a sustainable grants development program. And for others, it may be a challenge of language and alignment: it’s not a simple task, articulating the impact and importance of your work in a way that resonates with the many private foundations, corporations and government agencies waiting to invest in worthy causes.

Our Core Values

Precision: At Grove Street, we understand that each client’s situation is different. This is why we provide custom, high-quality services tailored to each grant opportunity.

Integrity: If you’re looking for grant funding, you don’t have resources to waste. Which is why we price our services to match the means of our clients, and we are always honest about the cost and scope of work. You’ll never be surprised with an invoice.

Creativity: We are a small firm that specializes in proposal writing and grants development. Over the last six years our team has written or directed the development of over $60 million in grant funding across a wide range of disciplines. We have accomplished this by maintaining high-quality work standards, by partnering closely with our clients, and by being creative in our work and approach.

Our Associates Network

We are a small firm that specializes in proposal writing and helping institutions build capacity through grants development. Like the educators and social entrepreneurs we support, we’re energetic, scrappy, and passionate about our work. We limit the number of projects we take on at any one time so that we can tailor our services and give each client the time and attention they deserve.

In order to provide a full suite of grant services, GSC will sometimes consult with a trusted network of content knowledge experts, external evaluators, and professional associates we’ve built and maintained over our professional careers. When accessed, their contributions undergo the same rigorous quality-control standards we pride ourselves on maintaining.
